PRODUCT INFO
All vinyl
graphics are printed in the USA with materials made in USA.
Spastic Designs graphics are thermal printed on top quality 18
mil thick outdoor vinyl.
Standard decals use 4 mil thick outdoor vinyl.
Most t-shirts are printed on American Apparel tees.
ORDER SHIPMENT TIME
Most orders placed online for standard graphics kits without
any modifications ship within two business days (Monday-Friday). If you
want modifications, it will take longer due to the extra
work involved and needing approval from the customer.
GRAPHICS
MODIFICATIONS
Diserio Image is able to make minor modifications to the
Spastic Designs graphics. We cannot remove any Spastic Designs
logos, but can add other sponsor logos, change colors, or add a
rider's name/number to the kit. If you would like changes, just
order the kit online, and before Checkout, just write in the
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX that you'd like changes to be made
before printing. We will then contact you through email.
LOGO ADDITIONS
Adding sponsor logos to graphics ranges from $20-$50
depending on the amount of logos added. Logos must be vector
files, as graphics are thermal printed. We cannot copy/paste
raster images into graphics. Luckily, we have a wide range of
popular motorsports company logos already. If you have a local
business without a vector file logo, we can write the business
name on in a bold, standard font.

COLOR
CHANGES
Changing the colors of an existing graphics kit is $20 per
color. For example, if you order the TRX450R Spark Series and
want to change red to orange, it would be $20. If you want to
change the red to orange and the silver to yellow, it would be
$40.
CUSTOM NUMBER PLATES
After ordering number
plates/backgrounds from the Spastic Designs store, we will
contact you through e-mail for the details of your backgrounds.
We will need to know the main background color, number and
number color, outer border color, inner accent color, and if
you'd like your name on them. If they're for an ATV, we will
need to know what type of hood you're using, whether you want
your grab bar drop plate to be horizontal or vertical, and the
type of front bumper you have (if you ordered a front bumper
plate).
COLORS
The graphics colors shown online may differ from the colors
printed. For example, Hot Green is a bright, vibrant green that
may not look bright or vibrant on your computer screen. Although
there have been no complaints in the past, please keep in mind
that it's almost impossible to match plastic or powder coat
colors perfectly. If you have questions about a color, just ask
before ordering.
PLASTIC
All graphics are made for stock plastic unless otherwise noted.
Example: Laker Custom plastic options for ATVs. There is no
guarantee a graphics kit will fit if the bike or ATV does not
have stock plastic, so PLEASE check with us before
ordering online. |

WHY SPASTIC DESIGNS
GRAPHICS ARE BETTER
With an increasing number of small vinyl
printers offering what they call "custom"
graphics, it's time to explain why Spastic
Designs products are better than the cheap, ink
jet graphics that are being pumped into the
motorsports industry... |

USE OF HEAT,
NOT INK - Most of
the cheaper, custom-style graphics that are
popping up everywhere are ink jet printed, resulting in lower
quality graphics, fuzzy edges, and dull colors.
Diserio Image uses only thermal (heat) printers for the
Spastic Designs graphics, allowing
the bright, vibrant colors with crisp edges.
With thermal printing, ink is NOT used. Instead,
colored ribbons are burnt into the
vinyl. This method lasts longer and looks much better
than ink when printing moto graphics.

WE DO NOT USE CLIP ART -
All Spastic Designs artwork is created by artist
Kurt Diserio specifically for each set of
graphics. Many companies are buying discs of
clip art, which are then copy/pasted into a set
of graphics.

EXPERIENCE -
Those who design the Spastic Designs product
line also print, install, and use the graphics.
This experience has led to the development of a
high-quality product that has been recognized
internationally in many publications, television
shows, movies, live events, and motorsports
championships.

RACE PROVEN -
Many many national championships have been won
using Spastic Designs products on all levels of
racing worldwide, including motocross,
supercross, ATV, off-road, pit bikes, sport
bike, stunt riding, freestyle motocross, and
more. Our sponsored racers use and abuse the
graphics throughout the year, allowing us to
continually improve the quality. In 2010, pro
racer Billy Cottage used a single set of
graphics for an entire ATVA Motocross Series,
all races and practice. By the end of the year,
the graphics were still in good shape, with the
exception of minor damage from a few nasty
crashes.

KNOW THE ARTIST -
Spastic Designs graphics are designed by Kurt
Diserio of Diserio Image. His deep background in
art, knowledge of fashion, passion for
motorsports, and history of racing are applied
to every series of graphics. After starting the
motorcycle and ATV parts store, Valley Cycle
Accessories, in 2001, Kurt created
www.ProjectBlaster.com, a niche business selling
his racing products that were manufactured
specifically for the Yamaha Blaster. Mini VCA
was another niche business venture that
specialized in pit bike parts. Kurt then started
Phantom Performance, an ATV performance parts
product line that was later changed to Factory 7
ATV due to legal reasons. Through these
businesses, Kurt started making vinyl graphics
and later created Spastic Designs in 2005.
Because of its success, he decided to stop all
operations and only work with the motorcycle
accessories shop and Spastic Designs. After
graduating college in 2007 with Business
Marketing and Graphic Design degrees, Kurt set
up Diserio Image to oversea all art/design jobs,
along with the Spastic Designs product line.
