SHIPPING
Products are not
guaranteed to ship the day they are ordered.
Because graphics are printed upon order, it normally takes a day or two
before they ship. If you are in need of a rush order, please try to call

Average shipping costs
delivered to any of the Eastern or Midwest states are between $12 - $15
(for graphics).
Graphics are printed in the order they are received. In times of heavy
work, it may take longer to receive your order.
Custom graphics are
different than standard orders placed on our web store.
Standard orders are delivered faster than custom
orders due to the time it takes to design, make changes, and e-mail the
customer for approval of custom graphics. This includes logo additions
and color changes.
Orders are normally shipped within the
United States
using UPS Ground
(unless otherwise specified).
Our location is near Pittsburgh, PA. Most of West Virginia, Ohio, and
Eastern Pennsylvania is one day shipping. The rest of the East and
Midwest is two days, Florida is three days, Texas is four days, and the
West is five days.

International orders
are normally shipped using USPS International.
Depending on the country, most shipments take between 5-10 days to
arrive once the graphics have been printed. Again, custom graphics take
longer than standard orders.
Address errors when
ordering online may cause a package to be returned.
In this case, the customer is responsible for giving the correct address
when ordering and would have to pay a second shipping cost to have the
package sent again.
Holidays
cause orders to take longer than expected, so please consider this if
you need your product by a specific date.
